A Kentucky grand jury did not charge any of the officers involved in Breonna Taylor’s case with her shooting death, despite the fact that the medical examiner ruled her death a homicide. Only fired Officer Brett Hankison was charged with three counts of wanton endangerment for shooting into her neighbors’ homes. MSNBC’s Chief Legal Correspondent Ari Melber reports on the case.
