Former President Trump launches his own social media platform called Truth

Jason Miller, former adviser to Donald Trump, thinks the former President’s new social media platform is a welcome competitor.

Mr Trump has been banned from Facebook and Twitter after being accused of using his profiles to incite the January 6th insurrection at the US Capitol.

Trump says his platform will "stand up to the tyranny of big tech".
