Impeachment inquiry: Donald Trump ‘overheard asking about investigations’
A moment of historic theatre as the cameras switched on for the first public hearings in the impeachment inquiry into Donald Trump.
The President is accused of pushing Ukraine to investigate his Democratic rival Joe Biden – a claim that could prove to be the defining event of his Presidency.
It is an unfolding drama that TV networks are expecting to grip America although Mr Trump himself claimed he was ‘too busy to watch’.
